Siam Thai has to have mention in any Pensacola restaurant review page. It is simply one of the most delicious buffets out there. It is the only Thai restaurant remaining in Pensacola. And its is great Thai food to boot! The service process is easy. The buffet is always fresh. Siam Thai is my "go to" place for a quick, easy, healthy meal. My favorite is the "Chicken with Cashews", which is often on the buffet.
If you order off the menu, be warned, it could take a while. Siam Thai is focused on keeping the buffet fresh. If you are ordering take out (sorry, no delivery), you may consider getting the buffet to go. It will save you a few bucks and will be just a fresh.

I have to disagree. On a whim we stopped in at Siam Thai a couple of weekends back and found the entire buffet experience very disappointing. Yes, they changed out the food to keep it fresh, but there was nothing amazing about it to begin with. Nothing stood out or made any of us want to return. It was not the best meal experience, I'm sad to say.
